I disabled all the other add-on to check who is the guilty one, and apparently Reminder Fox is the one this tome.
In Nightly 30.0a1 the history menu is thin instead of showing full size.
And I have a suggestion about that ribbon you restored movement to: add option to move it to the new menu.

First the problem: Stratiform can't make it look like a tab. And now the suggestion: Show the number of tabs on the All Tabs button.

move the "more" button and you can make the list stay slim all the time.

Get the buttons from the add-ons out of the squares (make them like in Strata 40). Some of them don't look good. And maybe you ad an option to have tabs on top (Strata 40, again :-) ).
Maybe you make a separated add-on from that useful bar to use it with Strata 40 and Strata buddy (if you don't change the buttons).

Same problem here, only a blank tab after restart, not all my opened tabs. And do something about fission to.
