I found it: https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/firetray/versions/0.6.0
It fixes the problem, and works great as before.

I have been using FireTray for a long time (0.5.6.1 at the moment), but it is not working with the new version of Firefox (41.0.1) :-( The previous comments say the firetray-0.6.0 is working, but where can I find it ??? Thanks.
