This addon is simply great, but since update to version 4.01 i cannot hide in tools menu "Hide Caption Title" addon, ticker on edition page is grey and i cannot move or hide this addon, and it happens only with this addon. Downgrading Menu Wizard to version 3.04 fixes that problem.
Is there any chance to fix this?

Very good, but still having a bug while manually removing anonymous proxy from the list - FF hangs for 15 sec. and shows info:"chrome://global/content/bindings/listbox.xml:775".
Checked on few computers, everywhere is the same problem. Anyway it's still great add-on.
