I'm using it as a (very good) replacment for Message Notes Plus, the notes addon I was using before it was rendered obsolete by TB68++.
I've written a converter from Message Notes Plus to XNote++ to keep my MNP notes, see https://github.com/alehro/message-notes-plus/issues/3
