This doesn't seem to work for me. I don't know if it's my computer of if Google has detected this plugin, disliked it and disabled it, but whenever I search for anything, for example the word "test" I get a page with a URL string like this:
www.google.com/custom?q=test

which is a Google Sorry page which reads:
We're sorry...
... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.

so it's pretty useless, for me at least.

Noticeably faster than the standard one :)

Excellent and simple. Works as advertised. Searches seem to perform a little faster than "standard" Google, and the results screen has much less clutter. It brings me back to the earlier days of Google, before they turned into the behemoth of today.
