Hi Alain,
It is strange that developers are not informed of users’ comments! I’ve received an email informed about your reply. Concerning new versions, my Thunderbird alerts me when update is available. Probably you didn’t tick appropriate checkboxes somewhere :)
Hope you can fix the XPdefault. Last time it lost compatibility after TB update I have been trying to find a replace but could not!

I have made an xpi today it seems to work with my old vista and my current Win 8.1.
You can send me a private message to alain.desgeorge on gmail and I'll send you the .xpi to test and see i can release it.
