It works to show when you have new email in your Inbox folder, but if you filter your incoming email into different folders, it doesn't tell you when the filtered email arrives.

I have an issue where I have 5 messages in one conversation, starting with the original message and four Re:s. For some reason, the original message is only linked to the last Re, and the 3 in the middle are linked together, with a black box at the front of the group. I don't know why it's doing this, as the first Re: is clearly replying to the original, with quotes and everything, but the addon doesn't seem to recognize this.
