ANIMATED - Snowflake Village

Make an update with the snowflakes much smaller and dropping slowly.... after 10 seconds of watching this originally attractive animation, I find it very annoying -looks like a blizzard - and unsettling my surfing pleasure.....
So- I advise - small flakes dropping at half the current speed.
