In previous FF versions (pre-FF 18), excellent add-on for restoring white background (from black) for stand-alone image viewing. Greatly appreciated. Recently upgraded to FF 18 and now damn black background is back again. Compatibility is OK. Tried re-installing ODIS 2.2 in FF 18 and everything installed OK but black background persists. Any suggestions on restoring white background are much appreciated.

I see the problem: they moved the default stylesheet, so the extension ends up not removing it. This *should* be a simple fix, so I'll upload an update shortly.
