I tried using version 143.0 (64-bit). I observed the following behavior, so I'm reporting it here.
- The process of collecting statistics for the messages in the specified account never finishes.
The account has over 11.36 million messages, but the process never finishes, even after 24 hours. As a result, the statistics are no longer displayed.
- It is not possible to specify a folder.
Because it never finishes collecting information about the messages in the account, the folder selection function remains locked. As a result, it is not possible to specify the folder for which I want to create statistics.
It would be helpful if the add-on description included information about the processing power required.

I'm sorry to hear that it's not working on your end. 11m messages sure is a lot but it's normally not about processing power. ThirdStats is totally able to handle that much messages. Usually there is an issue with one or more of your folders, that are not processable by Thunderbirds webextension APIs. See this thread e.g.:
