Why rules like "http://*.mozilla.org" doesn't work? It's very inconvenient.

It always open new tabs at the far right, eventhough my FF sets browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent:ture
Can you make it be able to ignore some simple tag like <span> when it's not in full mode. I have to use full mode just because this small tag, and full mode make my FF very slow.
