Added, restarted Thunderbird, and opened TB Address Book. There were my Outlook Address Book folders too.
Easy to do.
But makes Thunderbird load more slowly (perhaps half a minute). That is OK because I don't close and re-open Thunderbird often.
Yes, there is a startup delay due to accessing the Outlook AB.
