Remove Duplicate Messages

I have thousands of duplicate mails that are identical except for being one line different in length. I don't know how they got that way. I can remove the number of lines from the comparison rules but that would be dangerous since there are too many to manually inspect. It would be great if it was possible to specify a tolerance so that I could ask for "at most X lines different in length". Using 102.2.2 and latest plug-in.
