This plugin is a good start for Thunderbird libnotify integration but:
- it is not able to handle international characters
- it's message reads „sent to you by”, which is misleading if the mail was sent to a mailing list

I'm not a Czech, so consider my opinion an outside view. I find it really lame to have two dictionaries, one with diacritics and one without. There is only one way of correctly writing Czech. Why would anybody who writes without diacritics (i.e. incorrectly) bother using a spell checker in the first place?
