Temporary solution:
Download plugin
Rename to the urlcorrector-0.4-fx.xpi.zip
Unpack zip
Change file install.rdf - from 3.0.* to 3.5.*
Zip archive
Rename to the urlcorrector-0.4-fx.xpi
