Super Idee, genau das brauche ich!
Leider lässt es sich auch nicht mit Nightly Tester Tools auf 3.0beta installieren.

+ good application, fast, many functionalities
- lightning still doesnt offer 64bit builds.

You can find a current build of lightning 1.0-pre that works with Thunderbird 3.0 beta at http://www.zaera-holo.net/builds/lightning-1.0pre-linux-x86_64.xpi/

After small issues with 1.2 they were fixed in 1.2.2 now. Now even IMAP Mails work, it just takes a moment to download the attachment from the server, but that is an IMAP and Thunderbird thing - then the encapsulated attachments will appear! This is superb!
