The most recent version for TB68.1 is v2.3.

If you search for Quicktext in the AddOn Manager of TB60.9, the correct version will show up automatically. You must remove the wrong version beforehand.

Any chance you could make it work with version 60.9.0 ?
I see that it works with new version 60.9.0 but most other adds on do not so and we do not know when authors will update. Therefore, I had to reverse to 60.9.9 to comply with other adds on but quick text is not compatible - I need quick-text please which I use on a daily basis.

It is, you just have to use an older version. But if you remove the incompatible version from the AddonManager, you should be able to install the correct one directly with the AddonManager.
