I agree with bzrwon, several days ago i get the same condition like him.
I did search but got none results. The system itself told me to try again meanwhile it crawling my history search.

I assume that the system still learn what people wants so that next time other people search, they can get better match results.

And that's correct i get what i want several hours after i did the search.

How stupid am I, thinking that i can get results instantly at that time while others haven't search before.

I hope that my experience can enlighten others. So it's big thumbs up for me.
