After installing 3.0.1, all previous styles disappeared. Re-installed 2.1.1 and hey presto everything was working again.

Great add but only works properly for me using XML option (Firefox 52.2.1 ESR on Windows XP SP3).
The following bug still hasn't been fixed: when exporting passwords to csv via the drop down menu, the file name extension remains xml.
Possibly related to the above "bug": I found when Importing csv passwords, many are rejected (i.e. not imported) with the error Username and/or Password Field Names are empty. XML passwords are imported without showing this error.

Great add-on, but has stopped working with Firefox 52.0.

Unfortunately, this doesn't work on https://www.hightail.com.
Firefox itself (via a cookie) remembers username field, but not the password field. Even if I delete username field, no amount of click-clicking on it brings a drop down menu to fill the username (and/or password) with this add-on.
