Incredible useful add-on. Some suggestions:

For privacy reason, I think it would be better if the user can hide the icon in menu bar and access it via right click menu.

New version 3.0 forces new tab (+) opening in same "profile" to the active tab. It may cause a bit inconvenience. May be it has an option to open new window next to default. I've just quick drafted it:

This addon makes me like a pro user. It saves tons of time for me. No laggy, no buggy, it just does works well.
