In the NotTo: field the user enters the e-mail addresses that is used to filter out recipients found in the to: cc: bcc: replyto: and followupto: lists. It is a port to Thunderbird 3.* of the original notto-0.4 by Tomer Rotstein. The difference is that the data from the notTo field(s) is used to filter out all the recipients from to, cc, bcc,... lists.
