It Really WORKKKSSS !! Finally an Exchange Server plugin for Thunderbird. As much as I hated Microsoft Outlook, but I was forced to use it so I can view my E-mails of the Company. I was very disappointed that I couldn't find exchange server support in an E-mail Client as wonderful as Thunderbird. Now it's all Resolved. I must say "This is the most important plugin for this program in parallel with Lightning". R Kent James; I owe u Big time.
So i tried installing v11.2 first, but it didn't work; the auto detect function shows status" In Process" but doesn't return any results, although you can press the finish button and the Account will be created, but it keeps returning "Invalid Server" at the status Bar.
I De-Installed this version and installed v11.0 and this time the auto detect function worked and my E-mail account was connected with the server.
I have a problem with E-mails containing Attachments though. can only reveal the attachments of an E-mail msg if I opened it using the classic E-mail viewer; that means I have to Right-click the msg and select view using classic reader.
As for the Calender sync and function, haven't tried that yet. Must install the extra calendar sync plugin first.
