Small fix for those who see dials stop to update (yes, works for FF 18.0a1 x64 too). Go into Speed ​​Dial options, make backup if none (Speed ​​Dial settings - Actions - Export Dials, Settings and so on). Next step: uninstall Speed ​​Dial, restart browser, install Speed ​​Dial, go to Speed ​​Dial options and import previously saved backup (Speed ​​Dial options - Actions - Import Settings). Voila - it works.
upd.: looks like 'one time help' action - dials updates only when 'Import Settings' performing. Not a fix at all.
