It works great, but cannot save JavaScript functionality. I want to archive a web-based presentation (e.g. using S5, reveal.js, etc) in MAFF, but the page behaviour with JavaScript is not preserved.

Thanks for your suggestion. I'll look into what can be done to improve this in future versions of the add-on.
