I have Firefox 3.0.7 (Firebug 1.3.3 and XRefresh 0.8 addons) and XRefresh 0.7 tray monitor. HTML file refresh works fine for me, but stylesheet refresh doesn't. So I studied the code a litle bit and discovered that if you comment lines 688 to 697 in the chrome/content/panel.js script, it'll start working. The only disadvantage of this solution is that it'll reload the whole page even if you update just a stylesheet.
