5.0.4 similar to previous versions also downloads 480p videos as MP4V, which my Computer cannot display allthough I have installed the newest version of FFmpeg.
Why the add-on doesn't download them as MP4 or flv ?????????

We are sorry you are having a problem, but at least this time you have given us some background information about it, thus now we can actually help you!

That you see MP4V in the menus and Options at all indicates that CYS does not know where to find FFmpeg on your system. You seem to be missing a crucial step in setting up FFmpeg with CYS, step 3 on the following page:
http://www.completeyoutubesaver.com/Converter.html

Just make sure you navigate to and select the *folder* containing the FFmpeg executable, not the executable file itself. This is needed to ensure it works properly on Windows, Linux or OSX.
