Didn't worked for me( Task was simple: 6 tabs, one image opened in every tab. Not 'Save All' nor "Save images from tabs to right' didn't got the job done. It saved only some images but not all.

Send me an email - plashcor@gmail.com - with all of the web addresses you were trying to save images from and also the exported file of your "Save Images Options", and I will see what is the problem.
