FYI Release has gone to review
b15 in the repository is the same as the release

I have posted a beta for 60-70 .
The nonbusiness day editors disabled until I get it fully working
Any feedback would be great if you try it!

I am thinking of posting a beta soon (in the repository)
with one function disabled I'm still struggling with :
The nonbusiness days editor.
