For anyone else missing this theme after the Thunderbird 60 update: I've made some adjustments to the new native dark theme that at least fix the horrible white splitter bars and calendar. You can find them here... https://gist.github.com/gazugafan/e9e6165ec3c1a72b7f13c9816d92965c

I've no idea if full themes like this (or even my little adjustments) can work going forward. I'm guessing Thunderbird is facing the same theme API changes that hit Firefox awhile back? In any case, huge thanks to steva for supporting this extension for so long. Hopefully there's a way he can update it, and hopefully these tweaks keep working in the meantime.
