I highly recommend the MR Tech Toolkit if you need to manage many addons and Firefox profiles in your daily work. It has saved me countless hours of work.

Throttle is a very useful and very easy to use add-on for web developers. In addition, we use it often to test that our own iMacros Firefox addon works well with with slow internet connections.
