Web Notifications are an HTML5 feature that have been supported since SeaMonkey 2.19 (Gecko 22). The API was enhanced in Gecko 27 however the relevant component was never added to SeaMonkey therefore websites that use Notifications will not function correctly without this patch. Hopefully this bug will be fixed in SeaMonkey 2.33 however in the mean time this extension provides the missing component.
