Easy Get Mail Button

Makes the 'Get new messages' button context-sensitive. Select an account root folder to get messages for that account, any other folder to get messages for all accounts.

Changed MaxVersion to reflect Thunderbird 1.0 compatibility.

Some add-ons ask for permission to perform certain functions. Since you’re in control of your Thunderbird, the choice to grant or deny these requests is yours.
