Please update this for 3.1/3.5 betas and beyond.

This add-on does not appear to work as expected in a build from today's Shiretoko/3.1b3pre code.

Also, in addition to not doing what it's designed to do, it also seems to cause a number of problems with generating tooltips, resulting in JavaScript errors.
