I'm using this plugin on a daily basis in my job as sysadmin, and my reaction time is really faster then with the traditional Nagios Mail. If you are using Nagios and did not try this plugin yet, give it a try, but be warned, if you try it you will loved it.

I confirm what everyone else say in the reviews, this add-on is crapp!!!
