I have installed FlashGot on Firefox 3.0.1. It works well with Free Download Manager. I had previously been unable to obtain a batch download, but was able to do so easily once I installed FlashGot.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.4.5).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
