Works like a charm. Would you please make a monochrome version icon? Ubuntu users would prefer a black-white icon.

Awesome, is it possible do not ask for password if I restart Thunderbird?

Menubar is gone even if I select display menubar.
It is not the behavior what I expected when I click "Alt" key. It is better display menubar rather than display this compact menu.
