I had the review this again now that I have it working properly, https://[domain]\[username]@[exchange-ews-fqdn]/EWS/Exchange.asmx works fine, took me a bit longer to find out the actual [domain] section as I have a hosted exchange but its working now :D

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.15).  This user has a previous review of this add-on.
