....great! but adding buttons for the Header Toolbar (Reply-All, Reply, Forward etc.) would be even better :-)

TB3 + Version 3.2.1.3 looks promising but needs some work to be perfect: e.g. Header Toolbar Buttons

I agree with the aforesaid, will still give it 5 * since there indeed is 0.59 to be used, but would also like to point out that it would be extremely useful to have:

**) line numbers
**) search function
