Where can I post feature requests?

I need a plugin to notify the user when the user try to create an appointment for the same time where another appointments still exists (clash of appointments).

It's not compatible with the latest thunderbird 2.0.0.14. Can you update it?

It's pity that it isn't possible to sync between a outlook pst file (which included also addresses) and thunderbird
