I can't contribute from France with paypal. When i click on the link, nothing happend

That is a problem you'll need to bring up with the admins of this site, as I have no control over its functionality. See the "Report a bug" link at the bottom of the page, or you can try the "All Products" section on Mozilla Support: https://support.mozilla.org/t5/All-Products/bd-p/All-Products
