I hope someone who can help sees this. I spent a good amount of time looking for a proper support email address or forum and found nothing.
My FF profile seems to have completely disappeared and was utterly corrupted. I tried to import the cvs file that your plugin exported a few days before this crash, and it locked up FF. I had to shut down FF from the task manager.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really don't look forward to importing around 100 or so passwords.
I am operating Windows 7, 64 bit, and FireFox 16.0.2.
It exports passwords fine, but I'm giving this only a 2-star rating until it (A) imports them, and (B) has some means of asking support that does not involve cluttering up the reviews.
IE Tab + (FF 8+, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3.6, 3.5, SeaMonkey)

Hi Pauline,
I gave it 2 stars because it worked well until FF 8 came out. If I were writing a review for this plugin working under FF7, I'd give it 5 stars.

I need step-by-step instructions. I put the "about" in the search bar, but nothing came up under extensions.checkCompatibility or checkCompatibility for that matter.
Are you going to be able to give us a version where we don't have to twiddle with it? I ask for those of us who are not technologically advanced.
