sorry.... for me Version 2.2. is still perfect with no problems...

Version 4.1.0 of this great addon is buggy in Thunderbird 45: The upper of the 2 toolbars in the compose window is too small (height), some buttons are missing....
I stay for the moment with Version 2.2....
Please, fix it, would be great.
