Very nice addon. Very intuitive and easy to configure. Not over-complicated and does exactly what it advertises. Thank you for creating this. I would definitely recommend it.

I've only found two minor issues (which is why I give 4 stars instead of 5):

(1) I would like to disable Windows notifications when I select the "Disable.../Enable..." option from the drop-down menu. I want the other notifications from Thunderbird, so disabling them for all of Thunderbird compromises my workflow.

(2) I can't seem to get the "Disable for 10s" option to work at all. It doesn't seem to affect how the reply message is initially constructed - it's the same as if the RWH addon was enabled.

A few suggestions I think would be very nice to have:

(1) The addition of a "no headers" option to the "Header label sequence" section. There are many cases where the "Content formatting and cleanups" options are useful, but desired without including any header label sequence.

(2) Provide separate options for "Include HTML header prefix line..." so that Reply and Forward can each have a separate specification. In particular, my use cases are to omit it for Replies and include it for Forwards.

(3) As part of the "Subject prefix" options, provide a way so that replies to replies can transform the header prefix differently. For example, replying to a message with a subject as "Re: message" in "Stacked" mode would result in a subject of "Re: Re: message", but replying to the same message in "Collapsed" mode would result in a subject of "Re: message".
