"There are no options for this extension, just install it to mark the message (or messages) you are replying to as read. This works for the Message Menu, Context Menu, Reply Buttons and Keyboard Shortcuts."
This extension is copied exactly from the Mark Read On Reply extension because it appears the developer is not going to fix the Reply All issue. Minimal changes were made to the extension ID in order to get it to upload to Mozilla correctly. The only code change is a fix the copy/paste error in the original extension on Line 42 of overlay.xul: change to MsgReplyToAllMessage instead of MsgReplyMessage. This was previously causing the reply-all button to behave as a singular reply.
