This extension adds three shortcuts to Thunderbird to navigate more easily.
These shortcuts are: Focus message pane, go one folder up and go one folder down

- Focus message pane: <F4>
Set focus on the message list. This is handy when you want to navigate in this list with the arrows.
- Go one folder up/down: <alt-up / alt-down>
Selects the folder above/underneath and focusses the message pane
