0.17 Works well, https://domain\name@auto did not work for me as the auto configuration points to a local mail server, but https://domain\name@domain/EWS/Exchange.asmx worked out well.A big thank-you for everyone that helped out to get it working.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.17).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
