Okay, people, I just found this, and I hear what the screams are about, and yeah what a pain in the butt it sounds like, but... listen to what I'm about to say. Get this software called Sandboxie. Get Firefox Portable. Configure Sandboxie to only allow Firefox portable access to it's own folder and nothing else. And there it is! No worries about whatever crap this wants to load into your computer. Everything is confined! When through browsing, clear the sandbox. Or if you really want to scrutinize things, look inside the sandbox and see what it would have done if you hadn't been running it in the sandbox. There. That's what I do. Actually I don't use Windows any more, but that's what I did when I did.

I don't need no stinkin' help menu! This little add-on lets me get rid of it, as well as the history menu, since I prefer the tiny history button to bring up the sidebar. Saves a lot of space. And I've never seen any bugs from this extension.
