This extension allow to remove focus from embedded flash object by double pressing standard browser hotkeys (see mozilla superbug: 78414 : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=78414 ):
F11, Ctrl/Cmd+
Q,W,E,R,T,L,N,F1-F11.
You can call other hotkeys after you type one on these standard hotkeys while flash has focus.

With this addons you can operate with shockwave flash with keyboard and without mouse.
This addon conflicts with Flashblock. But Flashblock does not needed in new Firefox versions.
This addon is a light-weight version of Focus Ragainer https://addons.mozilla.org/En-us/firefox/addon/focus-regainer/ .
Focus Regainer Lite allows to use standard browser hotkeys after double pressing of these hotkeys.
Focus Regainer allows the same, but with single pressing of hotkeys in most situations.
Focus Regainer Lite does not eat your CPU, but Focus Regainer does.
UPDATE: bindToUntrustedContent='true' is added to binding in xml file. So now modern browser versions are supported.
WARRING: Focus Regainer Lite was buggy with iframes. Currently (version 0.5) it is fixed in most of situations because of window.parent.postMessage .
