best 8bit 256 colour theme!! it rocks on low colour RDP connections!!! Thank you!!!

this looks great, and works great with nostalgy. lots of themes don't leave enough room at the bottom. but this theme is fantastic for nostalgy!

note - i don't like tb3 - i am sticking with tb2. so i dont care if this goes to tb3 compatibility.
