On FF3.0.6 same vista 64bit works, however sometimes it happens to get an error with some menu etc. I use client cert to auth to the resource.
By the way I have noticed problems with webdav on IE 7 build 7.0.6001.18000 on vista.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.23).
